P&C’s business model is to select single and multi-manager funds, which have limited marketing exposure and to introduce them to professional and institutional investors with very specifically mandated criteria in mind. These investors are banks, family offices, managers of capital and never private individuals. Selection criteria are based primarily on a qualitative approach, backed up by quantitative confirmation. P&C performs this capital introductions service in return for a retainer and/or share of the fund’s management fees.
