Families, individuals and financial institutions can mandate P&C to create, manage and administer funds on their behalf, normally at a fraction of the costs of most other providers. Clients can thereby set up their own fund structures through P&C. P&C can advise on all aspects of fund creation, including choice of domicile, adviser selection, structure and appointment of directors. P&C can also provide formal fund management structures as well as advice on capital raising through its Capital Introductions distribution department (see P&C Capital Introductions).

P&C’s provides “best of breed” services to its clients. This means that it responds to client demands by creating tailor-made solutions using its global knowledge and contacts. The choice of jurisdiction depends therefore on client needs. In the last few years, P&C has created funds in 3 jurisdictions, Cyprus, Cayman Islands and Labuan.
